Ecolab Buys CoolIT

Water monitoring and treatment company Ecolab forked over $4.75 billion for liquid cooling mainstay CoolIT. Ecolab does provide water purification and chemistry products to semiconductor manufacturers but this is their first foray directly into the data center.
